As relates to the Chicago Public Schools Student Online Personal Protection Act (SOPPA) - Pursuant to the Covered Information Access Listing Section of the Agreement, Provider shall maintain a current list of current subcontractors or third-party affiliates to which Covered Information may, has been, or will be disclosed.

*As of 9/1/2022, SGA does not utilize any subprocessors, subcontractors or third-party affiliates but reserves the right to update this information if and when appropriate.
