Offers paid work experience for youth to develop job skills and career awareness. Participants learn soft skills and complete online trainings to prepare for their work assignments and help them explore career fields. Serving teens and young adults ages 16-24.

Creating Pathways to Success

Workforce development services are offered throughout the year for youth as young as 14 years old and also for “Opportunity Youth” – young adults ages 16-24 who are out of school and out of work, including those involved in the juvenile justice system.
