Provides supportive environments for teens and young adults to gain job training and mentoring. Participants are hired to work together to plan and manage youth-and family-centered events. The program prioritizes youth voice and choice, providing a safe space, and offering developmentally appropriate activities. Serving teens and young adults ages 16-24.

Creating Pathways to Success

Workforce development services are offered throughout the year for youth as young as 14 years old and also for “Opportunity Youth” – young adults ages 16-24 who are out of school and out of work, including those involved in the juvenile justice system.
