This youth employment program is designed for at-risk transition-age youth looking to build a brighter future. We understand that life can come with challenges, and this program takes into account the barriers you may face, whether they’re physical, emotional, social, or related to mental health.

We’re here to support you every step of the way as you prepare for and secure a job that can grow into a long-term career. Our goal is to help you gain the skills, confidence, and stability you need to succeed and become self-sufficient—on your own terms. Serving teens and young adults ages 16-24.

Workforce Development

Creating Pathways to Success

Workforce development services are offered throughout the year for youth as young as 14 years old and also for “Opportunity Youth” – young adults ages 16-24 who are out of school and out of work, including those involved in the juvenile justice system.
